Coaching & Counselling for Relationship Problems

Whether you are involved in a divorce or some other form of family dispute or workplace relationship problem, you may like to consider whether you could  benefit from some form of coaching or counselling.This could be helpful in calming your emotions, giving you support and helping you see what the important issues really are. It helps you to think of possible options and consider those.

Coaching or counselling gives you someone to speak to other than your lawyer or HR advisor. Lawyers and HR advisors often appreciate it if you discuss your outrages and aggravations with your coach/counsellor and so reduce time spent with her/him. It can narrow down the issues and help  you pick out the really important points. This can help keep down legal costs.

You may like to start off with some coaching or counselling or use it along side mediation or other negotiation processes or as a follow-on from  those.

Coaching & Counselling as an alternative to Mediation

It may be that you would prefer to have individual sessions rather than mediating with the other party. It is possible for both parties to have individual sessions to help and support them in moving towards a better relationship.
